Work with schools, juvenile justice systems, employers, registered apprenticeships and Unions with an emphasis in “at-promised” youth recruitment and retention to cultivate the full range of education, job training, support and leadership that contribute to a good quality of life. To help our students to invest in the communities they live in and help embrace the concept of responsibility and self-sufficiency. Provide 12-month program of training and high school education for “out of-school” youth providing employment readiness, financial literacy, construction, environmental technology, work safety, mathematics, physical endurance, mechanical skills, and industry recognized certificates. Additionally, to provide case management, mentorship, job placement, retention and follow-up for two years to ensure retention and pathways to self-sufficiency
